New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless stated otherwise.
• 7j777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The 7j777 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is given on weekly net losses — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

7. Betting Policy

Certain rules must be followed when betting on 7j777. Any fraudulent or improper activity will result in account cancellation.

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If an incorrect bet is placed due to a technical error, support must be notified within a specified time.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change quickly in live betting. If odds change before a bet is accepted, the new odds will be displayed and the user will be asked to confirm again.

7.3 Cancelled and Abandoned Matches

If a match or event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, 7j777's standard rules will apply to that bet. Bets on cancelled matches are generally treated as void and the stake is returned.

7.4 Manipulation and Match Fixing

If a bet is found to be connected to match fixing, spot fixing or any other form of manipulation, that bet will be cancelled and the associated account will be permanently closed.

9.1 Balance on Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, whether the remaining balance is returned will depend on the circumstances. If the user is found not to be at fault during the investigation, the legitimate balance will be returned.
